Diablo Immortal free: the tricks to play F2P without paying

Who said you have to put your wallet in order to make progress in Diablo Immortal? Here is a guide to playing F2P …

There is a lot of talk online about the high cost of maximizing a character in the latest mobile action RPG from Blizzard and NetEast, Diablo Immortal. However, if you’re willing to spend some time on it, you can build a strong character without spending a dime.

One of the first priorities when playing Diablo Immortal is to level up up to the cap of 60. After the level cap, you will earn Paragon levels. Paragon levels also have a cap, but this increases by two every day.

To level up –

To level up quickly, you should play the main story. In doing so, you will often have to reach a certain level before continuing. At that point, it is recommended that you use challenges or Ancient Rifts for farm XP.

Come in in mini-dungeons without using emblems and then only kill blue or gold enemies. These enemies drop bonus XP and progress orbs in the rifts. They also have a higher chance of dropping high quality items. Completion of each gate is quite fast and can be done indefinitely.

Get good loot –

As a non-spending player, you can still get higher quality items on a fairly regular basis. In fact, there is a free version of the battle pass in Diablo Immortal that grants legendary items to the levels 10 and 20, and rare items multiple times as you level up. In Cuor della Marca, you will find the Merchant of Rarity and Antiquities, and you can spend gold from them to get random items that have a low chance of being legendary. This is a great way to spend gold at high levels, where you could amass a lot without spending too much.

Another reward you will get from the Battle Pass is a currency called Else, which you can give to the Else Merchant in Heart of the Merca. For 1,600 Else, they will sell you a legendary item once a week and, if you are part of the Immortals faction (you can join the factions after completing the Bilefen part of the main story), then you can buy a second one, also for 1,600 Else. You can also join the Shadow faction and do Shadow Sweepstakes for a chance to get high-quality items, and farm XP at the same time.

Entering a rift with emblems will give you a chance to earn legendary rewards for completing them, and each special enemy you defeat in the rift has a chance to drop good loot. Make sure you consult the codex, it will tell you which dungeons are offering chances for bonus items, and you can farm them again and again while they are offering the bonus. Finally, give 10 monster essences to your Bestiary to get good loot rewards. Making the bounties will help you collect monster essences. You can do 8 bounties a day and accept 4 at a time.

Legendary Gems –

Legendary gems are the hardest type of item to get without paying, but there are a few ways that can help you get them. If you break through with a legendary emblem, you are guaranteed a drop of a legendary gem. You can buy a legendary emblem per month from the Merchant of Else for 1,600 Else.

You can also use rare emblems. The more rare emblems you add to the rift when you do so, the higher your chances of getting them, and if you don’t get a Legendary Gem drop, you’ll get an item called Fading Embers. These can be sold to the Fading Embers Trader in Heart of the Brand in exchange for runes, and you can use them to the Jeweler’s Apprentice to craft legendary gems.

The Jeweler Apprentice offers various types of gems with low star ratings, but also gives a randomized gem for 22 of the FA runes types. These gems can have ratings from 1 to 5 stars, with 5 being the best rating. In the short term, you should probably fill all sockets with whatever legendary gems you can get. But once you reach the level cap you will want to use the random option for the slight chance of getting a 5-star gem. Even if you get junk gems, you can sell them for platinum to other players or keep them to infuse into higher tier gems.

Keep grinding –

With Diablo Immortal, you will have to decide what you want to spend to move forward, money or time. Much of the fun in these games depends on the limits of what you can get for free, but you might read this list and decide for yourself to go to buy the battle pass. Whatever your choice, have fun and keep an eye on these pages for other Diablo Immortal guides.
