Interview Ryan Fryatt

I’d describe myself as an old school type of defender, putting my head in where some people wouldn’t think of putting their foot, love a tackle and don’t mess about. I was introduced to football by my dad at a young age and never really looked back, as a youngster I started as a midfielder but was moved to defence as I was the tallest in my team and from there on I played as a defender. Nemanja Vidic and Rio Ferdinand, Vidic was a tough centre back and loved a challenge like myself, Rio Ferdinand was more of a technical defender who was good on the ball…

Interview haji Mnoga

I’m Haji Mnoga, I was born in Portsmouth and grew up in Portsmouth in an area called Somerstown. I’ve been playing football since I was about 3 that’s when I first kicked a ball and loved it always. I got football from my dad and used to play with him and my older brothers. I’ve played for Portsmouth since the development centre around 6/7 so I’ve ultimately been at Portsmouth FC for 11/12 years. I’ve just progressed through the ranks and recently got a lot more recognition in the first team. I would say I’m quite old fashioned because I love a big tackle.

Interview Justin Amuluzor

I’m Justin born in south London grew up in both south London and Bedfordshire. My specific qualities I would say are one vs one attacking and finishing because I enjoy beating players. I was at the Dartford youth set up and got picked up by Barnet in my 2nd year literally 2 months before Pros were handed out so felt grateful at the time cause boys have been there for 2 years and the managers at the time picked me ahead of them…

Interview Andre Felipe Da Silva Mendes

My name is Andre, I’m 17 years old, and currently I’m a goalkeeper at Morecambe FC. I’m Portuguese, was born in Brazil where I spent 6 years of my life then moved to Portugal where I first had contact with actual football and played football for a team. I only started playing football because of my cousin, which is one year older than me, I went to watch him on his first session with the club and the coach invited me to join. I got put straight in the goal, even without gloves…

Interview Andrew Mills

Hi! I’m 26 years old, lived in Sweden for almost 7 years now! Moved over here a few months after leaving Macclesfield. Never thought after my first season in Sweden 6 years on I’d still be over here but I love the life over here, a lot different to back home.. I’m a pretty chilled lad so the lifestyle suits me over in Sweden as its super relaxed. I started football pretty late I think, it wasn’t till I was around 9/10 I joined a team, just playing locally on a Sunday.
